Ley Hill School Proudly Publishes Its Own Cookery Book
We are thrilled following the publication of our first ever full colour cookbook. A new initiative, the book is being sold to raise much needed funds that will be spent in the classroom that our budget just isn’t able to stretch to.
With over 68 recipes, there’s something for everyone – from family favourites (complete with secret ingredients), meals that can be made in minutes, quick snacks, gorgeous puds and a few recipes that have been invented specially for the book! Mr Hoff sums it up nicely saying, “It’s a brilliant idea to produce a book full of recipes that the children love to help make and, more importantly, to eat. I’m looking forward to tucking into the chocolate courguette cake as well as sharing the secrets of my family’s Lancashire HotPot! The creativity amongst the children and parents at the school never ceases to amaze me and the delights within the pages of this book are sure to amaze those lucky enough to secure a copy.”
