Murder Mystery Evening May 11th or 18th – we will have a raffle and food (curry with naan bread, chilli with jacket potatoes or a buffet) and BYO alcohol. Dulcie
Quiz Night March 16th – best dressed table will win a prize, higher/lower at half time to win a bottle and a “pound a round” raffle. Dulcie to send Claire O the poster. Dulcie

Craft Fayre April 27th – external stallholders, the PTA will run the cafe, Dulcie will put posts out to external sources to advertise it. Ideas for food: pork & mini ploughman platters for veggies. We should offer some sort of entertainment for children e.g. a mini farm. We will ask Mandy to speak to the person who does the mini-farm at the donkey derby. Invite local brewers along (Tring, Chiltern, Marlow) and ask them if they do sale or return for the summer fayre. Dulcie will ask her friend about face painting and see if she’s free. Dulcie

Beetle Drive Caryn will ask Wendy if she’s available in March/April on a Friday night. Food will be hot dogs and it will be a family night. Caryn
Xmas Panto/Parties 19th December – we are looking at various panto options for this year’s Xmas party, we will have Santa again and the children will bring lunch. Mrs Mann to send Claire O the link to her panto people. Claire O

Greenhouse Construction Mrs Mann will feed back post 30th Jan meeting. We should put a call out for a gardener to use the green house by placing ads in newspapers and news & views Mrs Mann



Bag2School w/c 25th February and w/c 8th November – Sally to let Claire R know where the cheque went. Dulcie will look to see if there is any money in recycling batteries. We need to let people know they can drop clothes off on a Monday morning and we will store them ready for Bag2School. Sally


Xmas Cards & Wrapping paper Claire R to spend £50 on a variety of Xmas tags, wrapping paper, cards etc as there are some very cheap things on ebay at the moment Claire R

Money collected Claire R asked if everyone could keep any monies collected in separate pots where possible so we can see exactly what a particular activity/event has raised All
